Individual Therapy

Therapy isn’t just for crisis or diagnosis—it’s for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, more connected, and more in control of their inner world. Life moves fast. We carry a lot. And sometimes, even when things look fine on the outside, it doesn’t feel that way on the inside.

Working with a therapist gives you a space to slow down, speak freely, and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. It’s a confidential, nonjudgmental space to think out loud, reflect, process, and grow—with someone who’s really listening and trained to help.

Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, break old patterns, or simply feel more like yourself again, therapy can support that process. You don’t need a perfect reason to start—you just need a willingness to show up.

Young Adults and Students

This phase of life isn’t just about school or planning for the future—it’s also a time of major personal shifts. You’re figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to move through the world in a way that feels right. That can be exciting, overwhelming, isolating—or all of the above.

Whether you’re feeling anxious, unmotivated, burned out, unsure of your path, or just trying to manage the pressure of it all, therapy can help you find your footing. This isn’t about giving you advice or telling you what to do—it’s about creating space to explore, process, and grow on your terms.

You don’t have to have it all together. You don’t even have to know exactly what’s wrong. You just have to be willing to show up—and we’ll take it from there.

Prenatal, Postpartum & Parenting Support

Becoming a parent can shift everything—your identity, your relationships, your body, your mental health. Whether you’re expecting, recently gave birth, or deep in the exhaustion and uncertainty of parenting, this season can bring up a lot.

As a mother of two, I understand how complex and isolating this stage can feel—even when you “should” be grateful. I work with clients navigating anxiety, rage, grief, overwhelm, identity shifts, and relational strain during the prenatal and postpartum period. I also support parents who feel like they’ve lost their footing or aren’t sure how to keep showing up when they’re already stretched thin.

This isn’t about doing it perfectly—it’s about not doing it alone. Together, we’ll make space for what’s real and start working toward what feels more sustainable.

Support for First Responders

In this line of work, you’re trained to stay calm, push through, and deal with it. Over time, the things you’ve seen and carried don’t just disappear. The stress, the trauma, the sleep issues, the short fuse—they build.

I grew up in a law enforcement family. I understand the culture because I’ve lived it. I know what it means to be on guard even off duty, to keep things quiet, and to believe that handling it yourself is just part of the job.

Professionally, I’ve worked for the Chicago Police Department, in jails, prisons, ERs, and other high-pressure systems. I specialize in working with law enforcement, corrections, EMS, dispatchers, and other first responders navigating trauma, burnout, and the long-term effects of the work.

Our sessions are completely confidential, focused, and grounded in trust. I use tools like EMDR, A.R.T, and CBT to process trauma, reduce stress, and help you show up fully—at work, at home, and with the people who matter.

This isn’t about over-talking it. It’s about getting real, getting relief, and getting back to yourself.

Therapeutic Design
(Residential and Commercial)

Therapeutic Design is a thoughtful integration of interior design and emotional wellbeing—bringing peace, warmth, and calm into your home, or enhancing focus, creativity, and inspiration in your workspace.

I believe the spaces we live and work in are a reflection of how we feel inside—and just as importantly, they can shape how we want to feel. Design isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about creating environments that support your mood, energy, and overall sense of wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking to create a grounding, welcoming home or a more productive and inspiring office, I offer both residential and corporate design services tailored to your needs.

Rates vary depending on the scope of the project and can be discussed further via phone, email, or in person. For more information visit: Stonesolproperties.com
